My name is Mario, and I am the Owner of Iron Alpha gym. As a kid I always wanted to help people and it was not until I started training and transforming my own body that I realized I could help people through fitness and health coaching. As soon as I got into personal training, I absolutely fell in love with it. After working hard to transform the lives of many adults and kids at other gyms, I now have my own personal training studio to do exactly that with even more passion!
